The nerf has to do with the main gun on the M3A1 (if I'm reading correctly). The sniper halftrack should be ridiculously effective post patch, only there is a higher chance for the snipers to die when car blows up. The problem with that is a sufficiently micro'd scout car + sniper is nowhere near the combat, negating both stat changes.

Yea, thats my point, the sniper still is rocking but the machine gun wont add to it anymore. Before you could park your m3 just outta range of infantry and it would kill just as many people as your sniper.

It seems like an indirect nerf.

Is the m3a1 not the first halftrack the soviets get>?
