Will be tough for Spurs. You play Chelsea at the weekend, while Arsenal's home game against Swansea City has been postponed due to playing Everton in the FA Cup quarterfinal on Saturday. So, hypothetically, Arsenal with a game in hand would have a 9-point cushion on Spurs with a win over Swansea and a Spurs defeat to Chelsea and only 9 games to play. That is a massive gap to overcome in such a short amount of time, and also considering that Spurs' run in isn't the easiest in the world.
For Spurs, anything but a win in the North London Derby probably puts the death nail in any hopes of making Top 4.

I would love it if we could overtake arsenal for 4th. But our record against the top 4 is terrible. We haven't beaten anyone and only tied Chelsea. We do have 4 pts against Everton but they're not top 4. Saying that, anything could happen and I'm still very excited for the rest of the season!
