Cajun Turkey on wheat with pepper jack, onions, mustard and mayo, Spicy Cajun Craw-Taters and a 64 oz drink for $5.97 was tough to beat.

Yep.
I remember him and the soft-spoken, white guy with the bushy mustache and baseball cap.
I liked it better when they ran the place.
