He also has 3 more years in the league at this point than Jordan did and one finals loss which Jordan never had.

This is a stupid arse argument.

It's better to lose in the first or second round of the playoffs than the finals?

So getting to the Finals and losing is somehow worse than not getting to the Finals and losing?

Contrary to popular belief, Jordan wasn't on a team in any way comparable to the Cavaliers. The fact that Cavs were even there is a tribute to Lebron's game. If we're going to talk about a finals loss, let's take into account the respective teams for both players. I'd say that makes a difference.

2 finals losses

But what's more impressive to you? Losing in the finals or not getting there?

Let's not get completely fricking stupid here

pretty sure he has two finals losses, which I don't see as a knock. Getting to the finals is a big accomplishment, especially getting the cavs there.

Yeah bc MJ was too busy NOT making it to the Finals. Still don't understand how losing in the conference finals is somehow better than losing in the finals.

BTW, Lebron was leading a team of avg players to the NBA finals in his first few yrs in the NBA. MJ needed another HOFr to get him over the hump.
