One team hit the ball well the other didn't...Base hits are base hits, good hitters adjust to the field....

So NC St, Indiana, and Louisville are not good hitting teams? They all got shutout in TDA Park.

You are in the wrong place to talk this kind of good sense...... You are supposed to be bitching about the bats, balls, and stadium size otherwise GTFO.

I know you don't follow LSU baseball like we do, you want to know what Paul Mainieri did all year? He prepared for Omaha. He bunted all year long, he put a .187 hitter in the lineup to run down fly balls in the large outfield of Ameritrade.

I guess next year he'll know that his outfielders can play 15 steps behind the infield.

while I agree a little bit, it is damn hard to see balls up in the zone all night and try to NOT drive them.

We are rewarding really terrible pitching, no matter how you slice it, and that is not the point in the game.
