It's pointless, Fade.

Some here will never get it because they don't want to not matter how much common sense or facts you throw at them. I threw in the towel arguing about it with these people that are gloating over it.

What's sad is a lot of people are happy about this because now it gives the Xbone no advanatges over PS4 so all the consumers get this time around from both consoles is a slightly updated version of the PS3 and 360. No real innovations on the gaming front from either console now.

So glad I switched to PC long ago and I ordered parts yesterday to build an HTPC/Steam Box for my living room. It will be my new "console"

I pre-ordered Payday 2 yesterday for $25 and it's $40 on console to pre-order but people here are just worried about trading it back in time to get $15 for it.

Not only do I not have to worry about that to save $15, but I also get to keep the game if I ever want to play it down the road or they release some cool DLC a year from now.

Trade that game into Gamestop a year from now and you will be lucky to get $7 for it.

Im soooo glad that we preserved the shitty used games system with console games.

I got tired of trading in games for a shite return.

I'll be going with mostly digital purchases with the xbone.

Would consider pc, but I like the convenience of consoles for better or worse.

I know. Just passing the time during my lunch.

and I get that too. Now that the DRM issue is off the table I'm sure we'll get the next talking point.

Like I said yesterday, I like the Xbox One less after yesterday's news. MS caved to the wrong crowd on this one and I really believe it will hurt them later this gen. The only thing keeping me on Xbox One now is Live and friends. The home theater features are very cool but it's something I could live without.

I'm with you Stout ... I do think that's what they wanted to do but because they couldn't express that well enough to ease everyone's concerns ... everybody panicked and demanded it stay the same.

I hope in time MS tries to implement the steam model by attracting everyone to use digital more ... I just don't know ... I am happy that they listened to us the consumer but I really don't know if we the consumer were right about all of this.

Just my 2 cents.
