And see BECAUSE you make $15 back on a $60 game it at least gets you in the door to go buy a NEW game. People just ignore the fact that the money from selling games is coming back into the ecosystem n the Form of the purchase of a developers new release.

And whose to say Microsoft was going to 100% replicate steams model where discounted bundles were offered because of no used game market? They would had and could have done whatever the hell they wanted to, their version of a sale right now is 3 year old games for 15% off through on demand.

You're assuming that person is going to even buy a new game. I could buy used, rent, and borrow never giving a single dime back to the actual people who make the games.
