Uv rays made it smaller, not larger, coupled with fuel supply issues that tend to not go down as far as it once did when my Johnson was still a new model of less tha 60 years old, Boat Doctor.

My Johnson still performs essentially the same as when it was new but someone keeps moving my two tanks further and further from the Johnson as the years go by. I suspect gravity.
