His teams almost never match expectations. The only reason he won a championship was his players were too good for even him to screw up.
He acknowledged that he couldn't even coach his players to lay off of the high pitches against UCLA.
He doesn't handle expect ions or pressure well and the players pick up on that.
I knew he wasn't a good coach when he blamed his poor first season on the players to the media. How cowardly! Good coaches don't do that.
He will never win another championship at LSU.

Not ready to get rid of him, but Sanchez must be fired and hire a quality guy like Dunn for the offense.

You have it backwards. He did coach them all week about laying off the high pitches. The players didn't listen to him. The players figured that they knew a better way. They were wrong.
