plenty of reasons to think that a devastating injury is just around the corner

So your logic for this is he plays hard and can defend the 1-5? Sorry, but I disagree. Between his physical attributes, history of staying healthy, and the constant advancements in PT/medicine I see the opposite happening

So, your logic is that because he hasn't had an injury, he won't have one?
I'm sure you are right.

Having to do twice as much as any other NBA player shouldn't have any bearing on whether or not he is putting himself at a higher risk of an injury. Someone who's game is full speed and slashing and drawing fouls who plays above the rim will be able to sustain that style of play just as long as someone who is a pure shooter such as a Ray Allen.

Having to guard someone in the post who is 4" taller and outweighs you by 50-60lbs leaning on you, banging you, elbowing you etc. on a nightly basis would take just as much of a toll on your body as guarding someone your own size or smaller.

Sorry, it was crazy of me to think the King wouldn't be able to continue this level of play for another 7-8 years seeing as how he hasn't had an injury during his first 10.
