Bosh hasn't regressed, they just aren't using him to what his skillet dictates (low post with a little mid range game mixed in). A 6'10 235 lb PF should not be playing the 5.
As for LeBron, he was barely the best this season. Durant will be better next year, but ESPN and driveby fans won't acknowledge until the following year.
