Hue/saturation layer then you mask the color you don't want to change.
Basically, select all the colors you want to change (green) and then click on the adjustment layer. Then you just have to make it smooth and get the color you want. For most cases, you should make sure "colorize" is checked so you can slide to the hue you want without having to guess.
