I met Chad Simmons a couple weeks and I asked him who people in the industry respected the most and he told me some Powers guy from scout, Barton Simmons from 247 and James Smith at NOLA and he also said he has a lot of respect for Tom Lemming.

Shea Dixon from TSD used to be real legit, he's still pretty good but not as elite as he used to be (or whatever they call that site anymore)
Ryan Bartow from Rivals, he is someone where if he says a guy is going somewhere you can take it to the bank
