Love all the people that think our hitters were just "swinging for the fences".
So you are happy with our approach last night?....If you are coaching them up you tell them not to change a thing?

As I have already told you once in another thread, laying off of those high pitches is difficult for a hitter. They practiced with a pitching machine throwing up at the letters to them, and still couldn't get on top of the baseball. It happens. Kid is a good pitcher. Was drafted in the 11th round. There are times we could have been a little more disciplined, but you along with a few others, who have no idea what they are talking about, are spewing in every thread how the hitters were just up there swinging for the fences which is just dumb.

Swinging at pitches you should lay off of and swinging for the fences is NOT the same thing.
