Not pinch running for Katz in the 9th and not pinch hitting for McMullen in the 8th baffled me. Then Raph swinging away with no outs and a 2-0 count down only one got to me.

Well I'll just go to the grave pissed off at the fact Ross's throw was a play which should have EASILY been backed up by 2nd.
Then, even after not hustling to get into position, he half assed the attempt to glove the errant throw.
If, some say Breg should have moved his feet more, then JJ should have been in position as well.
