I mean did Maineri really think Rhymes was gonna get a flat 4 seam fastball with no movement on 2-0? The guy is a sidewinder. Every pitch he throws has movement. And you take off the bunt?
I'm sorry but you've got a better chance of getting a bunt down on a moving fastball than you've got trying to drive the same pitch, JUST because it's 2-0.
Maineri always playing "the numbers"...well it shouldn't have been a surprise that the "numbers" would be 5-4-3
