I think that since he was caught with the whole cheating on his wife crap, his edge is gone

I used to say yes but it's looking less and less likely

But he has won 4 events in 9 starts this year so lets not say his edge is really gone

I don't know. I mean, Tiger is way too old to win 5 more.

The question is does he win another major? I think if he wins one relatively soon, such as next year or two, he gets two or three very quickly and close together.

Fun fact: Tiger hasn't won a major since Obama took office.

Thanks Obama

Yes, Tiger will play competitively on the PGA tour for 20 more years. That is 80 opportunities to win 5 majors. He has won 1/4th of the tournaments he's EVER PLAYED IN as a pro. He has won 4/9 this year.

People who say he won't aren't thinking this through IMO.

So yes, I say I'm 99% sure he will.

Tigers 37 if I am correct. Golfers play at a high level for a good while, so I'm going to use 45 as my bar. Nicklaus won his last one at 46.

So 8 years, 4 majors a year.

32 Majors he will *likely* play in.

He needs 4 to tie, 5 to win.

Its not out of this world to think he can win 5 out of 32 majors while on his way to the age of 45.

With the way he exercises and takes care of his body, I say he plays 20 more years competitively on the PGA tour. Late 50's is when he never wins again.

We have SO MUCH Tiger Woods left.

I'll be surprised if he plays 10 more years.

So 5 majors, 38 opportunities

With the scrubs that win these things every now and then, there's a good chance he wins 3 with pure talent and 2 by just having a lucky day.

Be ready to be surprised then.

Dude is ridiculously competitive. He's got a "jordan" mindset. I think he'll hang out too long in the end.
