I've got a black and decker comber weed eater/edger. My lawn is small enough that one fully charged battery will edge and trim on one charge. I like it and fits what I need it for perfectly. I do have a gas powered weed eater as well..

I've got the entire set-up, and it works well around the house. I use the pole saw at the camp, and it works fine. Been using them for about 15 years.
If you are doing any heavy duty tilling (garden tilling) or edging, don't bother with the tiller or edger attachments.
