I'm also looking at the echo at Home Depot. I had it in the cart last night but backed out because I wanted to hear some reviews on it.
For the folks that said no on the interchangeable BS I'm just wondering why? My yard is about an 1/8 of an acre and I don't have room to store 4 or 5 different complete setups that I won't use more than twice a year, ( pole saw, brush trimmer) I will use the edger and weed eater weekly.

I've already have some combo tools & they work on the new weedeater, probably will get the tiller thing soon.

Me too. Makes no sense. Especially for guys with hunting leases. Instead of packing a 10 ft collapsed pole saw, a 6 ft weedeeter, a 6 ft brush trimmer, a full size tiller, and the rest of mg gear on my atv, I carry one power head and 4 attachments which all collapse down to 4 ft pieces. One fuel can with same mixture.
Best part, I can store all the attachments in the garage and just the head and gas can in the shed reducing the gas smell in the garage.
