What are the chances there's a run on freaking corn scrapers?

Personally, I just use the edge of my chef's knife to cut the kernels off, then use the spine of the blade to scrape out the goodness.

Seriously, I have tried to simply use a knife. It is not the same.

Gve your desire another think and would recommend a madolin for the chore. Definitely save the cobs and make a stock out of them.
