What's happening in Denver with the Nuggets

I really don't know much about the situation, anyone that's a Nugget fan what is going on up there? Who is calling the shots now?
They fire the NBA coach of the Year
The GM, the reigning NBA Executive of the Year, leaves for Toronto.
Andre Iguodala is expected to opt out of his contract for next season and become a free agent, according to multiple reports.
Danilo Gallinari will becoming off an ACL tear.

I'd be surprised to find out Nuggets Management even knows what they are going to do.

They are in a pickle. They can be a perennial 4 seed with no shot of the Finals or they can try to ship two or 3 assets for an alpha (Maybe Dwight?) and try to make a go of it.
But they are a hot mess right now.

Should've kept George Karl. He's not a Phil Jackson but he provides stability and players except for Carmelo respect him.

They went from a legit dark horse team this year to a first round exit thanks to a gallo injury and a matchup nightmare with the warriors. Now they've fired/lost key assets. They're a mess. Amazing how quickly things can turn.
