The NBA is doing the right thing by fining floppers...but why the frick are these fines so pathetically low?

Flopping penalties should be set percentages of salaries. That way the highest paid played would be punished more equally.
And I'm not suggesting the percentage be higher for the richer players. I'm not our moronic government. Flat tax and flat fines for me.

And not only are the fines incredibly low, the players can issue the check to a favorite charity. Which makes it a tax write off.
