Looks like it may hover around the upper "rotten" level in RT (although, the "consensus" does not sound "rotten" at all)...will it be the biggest grossing "rotten" movie ever?

I doubt it hits a billion dollars. And there are two Pirate films and one Tranformer film that have. Not to mention Episode 1

The criticisms are bullshite. If you at least enjoyed The Avengers or TDK, then you will at least enjoy MoS

It looks like If I enjoyed Transformers I will enjoy Man of Steel.
Sorry double post.

God no. Transformers and Man of Steel have very little in common- try had budgets north of $100 million and were released during the summer. That's pretty much it. Coming from someone who enjoyed that entire franchise (even the second one to an extent), it doesn't compare.

Rotten Tomatoes gave KOTCS 78%. Think about that. Then realize these are the same people reviewing MoS. I'm no DC or Marvel fanboy, but there is no way you can give Iron Man 3 a positive review and then give MoS a negative one. No way

I am making a crack at its falling tomato score, chill out.

That wasn't meant as a direct reply to you. Was just throwing that out there.
