Someone who could have made the 10 top loved would be Lil Boozie. Also the Cash Money Millionaires classic era is universally acclaimed, though Lil Wayne himself has certainly fallen out of favor in the last half decade.

those are his biggest songs. i think a lot of his popularity relates to his street cred. (indited for selling heroin at 15, pointing a gun a cop, connection to a murder, etc). he's basically a 17 year old Gucci Mane from Chicago, gangster shite.
