Bill is my clear cut #1
Sean, Jim and John, Tomlin, McCarthy and Coughlin all could be debated for the next spots.
Smith is a good coach, but has won no meaningful games while having a team loaded with talent.
Carroll also doesn't belong anywhere near the top 5.

Coughlin should be a clear #2. He took a new franchise, Jax, to two AFC championships. Not to mention his two Super Bowls in NY. None of those other coaches, maybe even Bill, have his resume.
