Now I know that due to the nature of the game even the producers can't cheat or rig the game for a certain house guest to win. But I think when the the producers discover who the fan favorites are (Frank) and are not (Joe) They can steer the game in a direction that will favor more popular players.
Frank made for fun television, he was a winner, he was funny.
Joe didn't win anything and just screamed all the time.
