Eat it. Go grab some soy sauce and wasabi and eat the tuna. That's your recipe.

If you have to cook it, get a cast iron skillet screaming hot, put a little olive oil, some kosher salt and lots of cracked black pepper all over the outside and sear each side for 10-30 seconds. Slice thin and enjoy. And give away everything you can't eat fresh. Frozen tuna just isn't the same.
