all ive stressed in this thread is to act with the utmost respect in court when you stand before a judge.

whats so hard to understand about this concept? even if you dont agree with how much power judges have, suck it up for a few minutes and swallow your fricking pride and dont say shite or act like an arse. and yes slapping your attorney on the butt in the court room is acting like an arse. this isnt the football field.

do it outside the court room.

this is also for a guy who isnt exactly on the best side of the judge.

the guy is in court with a woman judge for a domestic abuse case for head butting his ex-wife. he failed to meet with his probation officer for 3 months straight, which violated his probation. judge also said this wasnt the first time he has acted up in court. going into that court room with an opportunity like he was getting considering all that has gone down, i would expect him to do nothing but sit there and say yes mam, no mam, im very pleased with my attorney, thank you judge.

You are making zero sense and trying like hell to rationalize an irrational act BY A JUDGE OF ALL PEOPLE.

Hell, lets go back and anlyze whether he was a bully in 3rd grade to try to justify 30 days in jail for a pat on the butt.

Might as well why we are at it.

You just need to face facts. I hope you get treated unfairly by people in authority a lot in your life to maybe change your ridiculous perspective here.
