Because he grades out highly for getting calls correct.
NBA is more concerned with getting calls right then what little dances he does when calling fouls.
The only time he has ever been publicly reprimanded for his issues is when he threw Duncan out while he was on the bench.

Agreed. He should be nowhere near the finals. The officiating should do everything in its' power to remain OUT of headlines, and Joey Crawford is the opposite of that.

plus he puts on a good show for the fans. in the NBA they are focused on (in order) -
