I don't think Bob is gay. It's a cover move for something else. At least that is what I'm hoping.
Sally has don in her hands. He's been neglecting his own kids for a while, shows up to help get the Rosen kid out of a jam, only to get himself in a bigger one with his kids. Complete frick up.
