I say let them have some fun. If dogpiling is what the team wants to do for fun, then dogpile their arse off for all I care.
Injuries can happen at anytime on or off the field. These guys can't live in fear of getting injured every move they make...they would go insane.

i think maybe we should also ban players carrying stuff in their apartments and leaving gloves on the ground in warmups. also, running too fast to first base has been an issue with this team also. with these rules and more, this team could have cut out all of their injuries.
