Home warranty on a remote rental house (unmanaged)

Good idea?
ETA: I recently had an issue with an oven (expensive double oven)...had to call around.... quote was $250 but then when the part was sent off "their was another problem" that was gonna cost another $250 ... I'm riding blind so I had not choice...figured a home warranty might help solve this problem since it's just a flat fee ....
