let us know! I'm considering STK @ Cosmopolitan or Jean Georges @ Aria next week when we go.
eta: went ahead and bumped my vegas thread for those interested in other restaurants while there.

I've been to STK and loved the atmosphere, but there are better steaks in Vegas IMO. I've heard great things about Jean Georges, but never been.
I'll be in Vegas the 14th-17th and I'm stuck between CUT and Carnevino...leaning towards CUT because it was badass the last time I was there.

Best steaks I've had in Vegas were at STK, CUT, and N9NE at the Palms. N9NE was probably my favorite though.

Just getting back.
The wife and I had the crab cakes and lobster bisque for apps, recommended by the waitress. Both were dead on.
We split the bone in, 22 ounce rib eye and had the wild mushrooms and au gratin potatoes. It ended up being way too much food and I am a pretty big eater.
Food was excellent. I have done a couple of the higher end restaurants in Vegas, none compare including Craft. Plus Craft was $350 before tip, this was... $140 believe it or not.
The market price on my bone in Ribeye was $59, plenty for two people.
We were going to Cut and changed our plans. No regrets.
Only slight negative is it is not on the strip.
