Lazy sauerkraut and pork
Dice up 4 apples and toss in cinnamon. Place in crockpot
Rinse two jars of vlasic sauerkraut and place on top of apples
Dice an onion and add on top kraut
Chop up a few slices of bacon and throw on top
Season pork chops or boneless pork ribs and place atop kraut
I have a very large crockpot so mine can hold quite a bit. Cook on low for 6-8 hours and you'll have something magical.

dude, that looks good, but I will do it with home orchard apples, homemade kraut, onions from the garden, free range pigs from off the farm and home cured bacon, and my blend of special seasonings.
I kid, I kid, adding to grocery list now!
