Me thinks this would be a nonissue had the guy got on base or hit a HR instead of popping out. And yes, I know it probably changed the AB but still.
The player is the one who ran up to him and stuck his finger in his face. They both seem like douches.

He should have given the umpire the signal that he was ejected. Game is over it has no effect on the game. Make a joke of the umpire by ejecting him. Yankees fan would have got a kick out of that.
