If the spurs can wear their alternates as their home jerseys every home game, why can't the heat wear their white hots?

Those aren't alternates. The reds are alternates. Miami has like 7 jerseys. (White on white, black on black, 90s throwback, Christmas jersey, flamingo throwback, etc). Teams don't usually wear throwbacks/special (non-alt) jerseys in the playoffs. I know the Nets and Spurs did in the Finals but that was a special situation with it being an ABA matchup.
