When she saw the treehouse in the episode last night, it got her thinking about that and she figured out that there was nowhere to build a treehouse on the Seward property, so she went to the woods near the lake that Adrian drew the pictures of, and found the treehouse. Skinner found the treehouse and realized Adrian probably saw him dumping the bodies there, that's why he wanted to kill him.
Wish I'd seen this.

The only issue I have is IIRC Adrian was supposed to be around 3 when his mom was killed. What 3 year old walks a mile through the woods and climbs up in a treehouse alone? I know his parents were degenerates but that's a bit of a stretch. I may have the age wrong.

I missed the first hour last night. Can someone explain

I wish you had watched the episode in its entirety. The first hour was incredible.

Was a little disappointed that it turned out being her old partner

This. Bit of a c'mon man moment for me. Didn't see Koteas being on board for much more though.

Excellent finish to a near-perfect season. I think she genuinely loved him-the realization horrified her because of what it revealed to her about herself-when she shot him she did it as much as a favor to him as punishment. He had played her, mind-fricked her, completely used her own nature against her. When he told her "she knew all along" he was right, in some sub-conscious way she either knew or was so manipulated by him that she suspended her normal thought process with him. I bought the Carl Reddick angle completely, but it's so obvious he was not the guy in retrospect. How screwed up is Linden going to be now, as if she weren't skeptical enough of other people.

This show freaking delivered the goods.
