Brad Evans is starting at RB against Germany.
Because you know, calling in a RB with EPL experience makes so much less sense than converting a mediocre MLS defensive midfielder to RB against one of the best attacking sides in the world.

I would be laughing hard too if I wasn't so freaking irritated by Jurgen's antics.

We're playing Germany (in a friendly).
So you know Jurgy is taking this as serious as a Champions League Final.

I don't know what Jurgen does sometimes. He calls in Bocanegra in for the away game to Honduras. Morning of the game tells Gonzo he is starting. Starts 2 inexperienced CBs on the road in WCQ games.

yeah that's the troubling part
starting brad evans against germany is an experiment (hopefully) and that's what friendlies are for
JK seems to just want to keep tinkering. i'm not sure if it's for motivation, strategy, or he's trying to discover a garreth bale scenario (player playing out of position becomes much better when he plays a slightly different role)
you'd think by this point he'd know much more about our talent and how to organize it

Howard; Evans, Gonzalez, Besler, Beasley; Jones, Bradley; Zusi, Dempsey ©, F. Johnson; Altidore
I actually kind of like it outside of Brad Evans at RB.

Klinsmann is German. Lichaj is Polish. Coincidence?
Posted on 6/2/13 at 1:04 pm to BobLoblaw
Klose and Podolski are too.
