re: Bowfishing bow suggestions?

You don't need a fishing reel honestly. You're not going to reel the fish in. You'll just grab the line and pull the fish in. My buddy uses an old bow and has a piece of PVC attached to the front a d just winds it back on with his hand. Unless you just want to spend the money but you'll just be using it to bring your line back in. Not sure how a conventional reel and line would even work because you'll definitely be pulling with your hand at some point. I'd recommend just doing the PVC method and get the same kinda heavy string they use for the bowfishing setups.
