Be careful of some of the over the counter stuff it can be dangerous as well. Get a comb, as well. Have two dogs currently. One is 10, and got fleas for the first time in his life, down in the keys for Christmas. Felt sorry for the poor guy. It was a royal pain in the arse for over a month.

Shame on you. All you need is Comfortis or trifexis and, as far as the dog, it's over in an hour.

Now the yard, kennel, etc. That needs to be hit and then again in a week or so unless what you spray gets eggs too.

I even used some diatamacious (sp?) earth.
