Jelly, Magazine balcony is as clutch as it gets. I have requirements for places:
1. walking distance to Magazine/Ave Pub or walking to distance to the streetcar
2. a balcony or porch.
If it doesn't have these things I don't look at it. I'd love to pull the trigger on one on Prytania right now but these guys keep dragging arse about coming to a salary $ on this job.

FBD - Buffalo Bayou More Cowbell...another disappointing beer from Buffalo Bayou. I wish I didn't buy 2 bottles.
