In 8th grade we talked our teacher into letting us watch "Tommy Boy" that someone had brought in. Was awesome.

That was the best day ever when the teacher planned on a movie day, and someone just so happened to have another choice in their back pack.
I can remember during standardized testing week they would encourage students to bring movies and other forms of entertainment to keep us occupied after testing was over with that day so the office didn't have to deal with a mass exodus of students checking out. The voting of the movies by the class was one of my fondest childhood memories. And that feeling you got when the movie you brought won the election, better than sex

in high schoool i happened to have the program with me on movie day, the sub at the time had no idea what it was. We made it all the way to Alvin Mack's rant on the field before she shut it down.
