Can't decide if this is absolute bullshite but these kids need to have their asses beat.

I would drag at least three of those teens to county lock up and drop em off. If theyre adult enough to be piece of shite human beings, they're adult enough to spend a few hours in the drunk tank before finding their ways home without a cellphone or wallet
