i have to say its almost impossible for me as much as i love burnt ends to chop up the point and put it back on for another couple of hours to firm up.

anyone here ever make burnt ends?? they're absolutely delicious but i have such a hard time justifying making them when the point is already perfect when it comes out of the smoker

Burnt ends are an amazing addition to any pot of beans.
