Can 1 loss eliminate a 2-0 team?

Is the regional set up where the 2-0 team can lose to a 2-1 team and be eliminated? Or does the 2-1 team have to beat the 2-0 team twice to advance to the super regional?

(Basically, same way Arkansas got eliminated in the SEC tourney)

All NCAA postseason baseball is double elimination, including the CWS.

The SEC Tournament was just weird. I would rather it be single elimination the whole tourney rather than break it up like it was.

As for the NCAA tourney, it is double elim all the way through

Yeah the only situation that occurs is the SEC tournament, which was really weird. All postseason tournament games are all double elimination though.
