No. He is 26. His numbers only improved because of an increase in minutes. Vasquez will not improve. You can't add speed and athleticism to someone who is currently in their prime physically and doesn't have those things.

He can become more efficient and his role can be more defined to focus on his strengths. Also, I disagree that he can't become a better athlete. I look at someone like Nash, who didn't start until a bit later in his career (25 or so), and it is possible to become a better player and athlete. He just needs the right approach and he'll have to bust his arse to get it done... It can happen..
