New "King of Louisiana Seafood" chef cooks in New Roads

I've only been once, but all I had was the crusted pork chop sandwich, and it was fantastic

Their menu is quite a bit more simplistic in New Roads

Was out that way last year wvisiting some friends from that area, simple menu but it was executed well. Was really pleased with the food.

I'm a big fan of Hot Tails. Very good place to stop when you're out there.

Blue cheese burger one time and grilled shrimp salad the other.
