Burglar tries to carjack this guy. Driver has a gun!
Car Robbery Gone Wrong
The link probably won't work for long
Youtube is pulling it everywhere.
This is why you need more than a derringer as a truck gun

But serious question, if I do that here, pop him in the back after I was held at gun point, am I going to get in trouble?

yes that would be murder. Last week in Little Rock there was a road rage case and the guy jumps out of the car and runs over to the other car, the guy still sitting in the car pulled out his gun and shot him and now he's charged with murder.

no it would not, armed robbery is a felony and you will be justified if shooting him in the back if he is commiting a felony.. that arkansas situation is totally diff

how? the guy ran up to his car how did he know he wasn't gonna rob him, he pulled out a gun and shot him. and even worse in the Venzuela case the guy was running off when he got shot. i'm not lawyer by any means but when somebody is running off like that and you kill them it's not good.

The perp could just as easily have run and been shooting his handgun blindly behind his back. The threat was not over yet.

Exactly, without more information, a guy running at you while you are in a car with the ability to move is not a justified reason to shoot them.

The robber was armed and the defender was in a life/death situation with his back to the armed man. Had he gotten out and chased the robber down shooting then yes he should go to jail for that assuming the robber has not turned to shoot or anything that could be seen as that.

This. OR he could have drove off when the guy exited the car to begin with. Or he could have not got off at the same exit as the other driver. His statement that he was "scared" doesn't pass the smell test. shite like this makes me have to do some 'splainin around the office about my pro second amendment stance and vocal support of CC rights.

As concealed carriers, it is our responsibility to deescalate unless there is no other choice than to use deadly force.

I made a video yesterday called Concealed Carry Mindset and that AR incident is exactly what my video addresses. Concealed carry has no room for tough guys. He should have never escalated the situation by pulling over in the first place. He could've have avoided it in numerous ways.
