If you don't remember those players you have to be really really young, or you have only been a fan a very brief time.

All 3 are infamous and from a very infamous era in Hornets history.

The ultimate tank year.

If you've been a fan of the Hornets its virtually impossible not to know those players.

Definitley think we should try and get the pick if they're just looking for cash and a future second. Would be nice to pick up another young piece at 13.

One of my best buddies was in the Navy in San Diego during that time, and I visited him a few times. He's now in Pensacola with the Blue Angels as a Navy journalist/combat camera.

p-cola is a nice transition. its san diego "south" as far as duty stations go. that Blue Angels gig seems to be a cool gig.

I don't know if I'd give up a future 2nd. There isn't really anyone in this draft that's worth that IMO.

I'd rather my bird in my hand than a chick with a bush.

This draft might not be stellar, but I still think you get a better player at 13 this year than you would at 40-50 next year.

Jacobsen was so awful

Lampe barely played and Vroman could give us a good spurt of energy. Jacobsen got a good amount of time at SG though and boy was he fricking terrible.

People liked him because the team was one of the worst that the NBA has ever had on the court at the same time and, as a result, he had occasional flashes of mediocrity that looked like greatness.

And the Magic Lamp was never given a fair chance.
