You have some weird shite in your kitchen.
Seriously though, Stacy aren't you in the BR area. They have a pull a part on Greenwell Springs and you can check online if they have your make/model on the lot.

Shocker you show up in a Stacy thread after being gone from the OB. But your threads about pistols are great.

black duct tape
What kind of vehicle? Is it painted, or all black?
I wouldn't bother with used, new aren't that expensive. You'll spend lots of time getting a used one off the car. PITA.

how's your rear end looking? did it get banged up too? I do some body work on the side if you want me to come over and take a look at it, maybe spray a clear coat on it for you.

I hung my mirror backing out of the garage one time but only knocked actual mirror out before I stopped. I got it lined up and glued it in with J-B Weld.

Call salvage yards for used part price. eBay a new or used one. Compare. Youtube how to vids. purchase item. Then suck a friend into repairing it for you.

I just replaced the mirror on my GMC Envoy in all of about 15 minutes a couple months back. It was 60 bucks online for a brand new aftermarket mirror and it matches and functions just fine.
Your main concern is whether or not the mirror will need to be painted. The mirrors on my car are black and don't need to be painted, but most new cars have painted mirrors. The paint will probably cost more than the mirror.
But besides that, installing one is very easy. Figure out how to remove your door panel by finding a forum of your car and others usually have some how-tos about replacing a mirror. Mine are held in place by 3 screws under the door panel. A piece of cake to replace...
